1. Controller

VIA TERRA, Société par actions simplifiée (SAS), 105 646 798 R.C.S. Paris, 59 rue de Courcelles, 75008 Paris, France. Contact for any data protection question: contact@via-terra.eu.

2. What we collect

Account details (name, email), billing details (company, address, VAT or SIRET number), the site information and documents you upload (name, outline, documents, photos, answers to the order questions), and technical logs needed for security.

We do not collect card numbers: payment is handled by our payment provider.

3. Why

To create your account, deliver and support the assessments you order, invoice them, and keep the service secure. The legal basis is the performance of the contract (Article 6.1.b GDPR), our legal obligations for invoicing (6.1.c) and our legitimate interest in security (6.1.f). We do not sell your data, profile you, or use it to train AI models.

4. Who processes it

Our team, and the following providers acting on our instructions: Scaleway Generative APIs (AI analysis in France); Scaleway Transactional Email (emails we send you; France); Staan (web search used during the analysis; France); Via DC / SiteLens (geospatial measurements; France); Zitadel (sign-in service); Stripe (card payment); Dolibarr on Via DC servers (invoicing; France); Esri (satellite imagery in reports); OpenStreetMap Foundation (map tiles and address search: it receives the map area and the address you type but never your documents). Hosting: Scaleway (Paris, France). AI analysis: Scaleway Generative APIs (open-source models) (France (Paris)).

Where data is processed outside the European Union, the transfer relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long

Uploaded documents: deleted 90 days after they are uploaded. Reports: available in your account while it is open, deleted with it or on request. Invoices: 10 years, as required by law. Security logs: up to 24 months.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@via-terra.eu. We answer within one month. You may also complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Cookies

The application uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and page libraries are served by the application itself; only the map tiles and the address search call OpenStreetMap and Esri.
